i4hk shall not without prior written consent of the customer divulge the whole or any part of the Information to any person except those to whom the customer shall direct the data, i4hk's employees and then only to those employees who need to know the same, and to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the agreement between i4hk and the customer. 

The customer consents to any use of the data supplied by the Customer for i4hk and its staff to conduct the services in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. 

i4hk may supply any personal data to third parties for the purpose of carrying out credit checks against the customer or for debt collection purposes. 

The customer consents to his personal data being transferred to another legal jurisdiction outside Hong Kong that may not have laws protecting personal data similar to the Ordinance.
